How does the ordering process work?

1. Browse through our designs and choose the overall style that you like. Keep in mind that you can usually change the background and font colors, font styles, wording, etc.

2. Once you decide on a design, simply fill in the order form below the design. Specify any changes or requests in the Special Instructions box.

3. After submitting your order, please use our convenient photo upload page to send us your photos.

4. Once your photos are received, a link to your online proof will be sent to you within 1 to 2 business days. Please look over it carefully and decide if any changes need to be made. Let us know if you want to change anything or if it is ready to print. We will make as many changes/adjustments as necessary to make the proof perfect!

5. Once you are completely happy with the look of your card, let us know and we will send it to the printer. Your cards are usually ready to ship to you within 3-4 business days, sometimes sooner.


Can I customize the design that I choose?

Absolutely! You can change almost anything on our designs including fonts, colors, wording, background, and photo color. Just tell us about any requests that you have in the Special Instructions box when you order.


Should I edit my photos before sending them to you?

There is no need for you to edit your photos. We will crop and edit them for you. We can convert them to black and white or sepia, remove red eye, and fix blemishes and backgrounds. We will also crop them in the most flattering way for the design you choose. Please send us the original, unedited version to maintain the highest possible quality.


Can I send professional photos for my card?

Yes, but only if you have a copyright release from the photographer or studio. Because of copyright laws, we can not use a professional photograph without their written release. To avoid delays, we suggest requesting the copyright release from your photographer before placing your order. By submitting your photos to us, you agree that you hold the copyright or have obtained permission from your photographer to use the photos for the purpose of creating a photo card. You agree that you accept full responsibility for the use of the photos you submit.


Will the colors I see in my proof be exactly the same on the actual card?

While we make every effort to represent colors as accurately as possible, they may not look the same on every computer monitor. It is possible that the colors on your card may not be exactly the same as what you see on your computer monitor.


What is the turnaround time for my order.

Please allow up to two business days to receive your proof. Once you have given your approval to print, we will send your order to the printer. We outsource our printing to a professional photofinishing lab in order to get the best possible quality. This is not a one hour lab! It is a lab meant for and used by professional photographers and studios. It does take a couple of business days to get your cards back, but we feel like it is worth the wait to get the unmatched quality! We know you'll appreciate the difference. Shipping to you generally takes 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.


What is your cancellation policy?

This depends on where in our process your order is. If we have not started on the proof, you may cancel and get a full refund. If you have already received your proof, there is a $20 cancellation fee to cover the time that was put into your design. If the cards have already been sent to the printer, we are unable to cancel your order.


Can I reorder more cards later?

Absolutely! We keep your design on file so you can reorder hassle free. Any quantity discounts you received with your initial order will be applied, but they will not be made retroactive.

Do you provide extra envelopes?

Yes, we send at least one extra envelope for every 20 cards ordered.


What if there is a mistake on my cards? What is your return policy?

While we make every effort to ensure that your card is perfect, mistakes can happen. For this reason, it is very important for you to double and triple check your proof. Once you approve your proof, any mistakes that you missed are your responsibility. We will be happy to correct and reprint the cards for the original price less a 30% discount. However, if the mistake is ours (i.e. your cards are different than the proof you approved), then we will reprint and ship your cards at no cost to you.
